Make mediation work for your practice

Overworked? Too many files in the cabinet? Not going to meet the billing target this month? Whether you are a claimant or defendant personal injury lawyer, an insurer or a loss adjuster you can make mediation services work for you and help improve your client’s satisfaction.

Have a look through your files and identify two or three you think could be settled if the other side would just talk to you. Ask these three questions to help you determine if now is the right time to involve a personal injury mediator. Then invite the other side to mediate, you could use a version of this letter and if they refuse write again or apply for an order.

Don’t wait for mediation to happen, take the initiative and reap the benefits.
