• Mediated Settlement Meetings – I act impartially helping parties negotiate an agreement they can all live with.
• Telephone Mediation – The same objective as the Mediated Settlement Meeting but carried out over the phone, useful for lower value claims.
• Costs Mediation – I help in the costs negotiation process to avoid the delay and expense of Detailed Assessment Hearings.
• Professional Negligence Mediation – Sometimes things go wrong. Mediated settlements can greatly improve the complaints experience for all parties.
• Find a Mediator – It’s unbelievable I know but occasionally the parties do not want to instruct me as their Mediator. I can help find a suitably qualified and experienced Mediator acceptable to both sides and co-ordinate dates for the mediation.
• Joint Expert Report Facilitation – I co-ordinate the preparation of joint expert reports to provide CPR compliant reports on time.
