Mediated Settlement Meetings

I offer a fixed fee which covers preparation time and a 4 hour mediation settlement meeting. Each party is responsible for half of the fee although where liability has been admitted the defendant may agree to pay the whole of the fee. By default my mediation agreement sets the costs of the mediation as costs in the case but the parties are free to make their own agreement.

Fee just £500 plus VAT per party

If the parties request longer than 4 hours then additional hours or part thereof will be charged at £85 + VAT per party.

In addition the parties will need to to provide a venue with at least two separate meeting rooms.

Telephone Mediation

Suitable for cases where the parties and representatives are not located in the same area. The fee includes preparation and a two hour mediation window.

Fee just £175 plus VAT per party

If the parties request longer than 2 hours then additional hours or part thereof will be charged at £75 + VAT per party.
