I am a Professional Mediator with a specialist knowledge of personal injury litigation gained whilst practising as a personal injury litigator for 19 years. I qualified as a solicitor in 1991 with Thompsons and worked for them in Liverpool and Manchester before joining Russell Jones & Walker in Manchester. In 2003 I moved to a firm in Lancaster and in 2006 trained to be a civil and commercial mediator with the ADR Group. I left legal practice in 2008 to become a full time Mediator and set up my mediation practice Hesketh Mediation Services.
